At Magnolia Company, safety and sanitation are our highest priorities. We maintain a clean, professional environment, utilizing single-use, disposable equipment for every procedure and jewelry change. In addition, our studio participates in weekly Mail-In Biological Monitoring (spore tests) administered by GKE/MesaLabs, providing independent verification that our sterilization practices meet the highest standards of health and safety.

 

All jewelry used for initial piercings is high-quality & ethically made with a guarantee against manufacturer defects. In the event you feel your jewelry has a defect, please contact zarah@magnoliacompany.net

Returned jewelry must be unopened and in its tamper-evident packaging. Since body jewelry is a personal item we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges once jewelry has been removed from its original package.

Apparel may be returned in original, unworn condition. We cannot accept returns for aftercare products.​​
