All jewelry from Magnolia Tattoo & Piercing Co. is guaranteed to be brand new and never worn by anyone. Since body jewelry is worn in the body, jewelry sanitation cannot be assured once jewelry has left the studio and/or been removed from its original sealed package. For this reason, all jewelry sales are final.

Jewelry used for initial piercings comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects. For example, if a gem falls out of its setting, bring it back. The manufacturer will replace it at no cost to you. On the other hand, we cannot be held responsible in the case of a lost piece, ends coming unscrewed or other wearers error's.
